Service Description

Fun, laughter, and silliness infuse every session! Learn and play short-form improv comedy games in a supportive environment with no pressure to perform for an audience. Everybody in the room is here to learn and play - just like you! You don’t need any previous experience or training. You don’t need to think you’re a “funny person.” You just need to be ready to dive in and embrace the moment. Your host will sign you in, lead introductions and an ice-breaker or two, and then organize you to play fun short-form improv games along the lines of what you would see on 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?" We'll be silly, laugh, and have fun! Any particular game might last 2-5 minutes and involve 2-12 players. Games are easy to understand but deeply engaging because they inspire your to full immersion in the scene you're co-creating with other players. The 'funny' of a scene will emerge spontaneously from the craziness of it all. This session is appropriate for newbies and veterans of improv comedy. This location is wheelchair accessible. Sessions can easily be adapted to accommodate players with a range of physical and cognitive ability differences. Players are encouraged to contact the host ahead of time to make sure accommodations are in place. Find Your Laughy Place!
